For our Client from UK we are looking for the candidates on position:
Product Support Specialist (job in London, UK)
Job Description:
- This position provides the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding customer support organisation by providing a single contact point for the European Call Response Centre who support TIBCO Software suite of products in the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and B-2-B Internet Infrastructure space.
- Day-to-day responsibilities will be to keep customer information up to date.
- Expand knowledge of TIBCO products in order to provide first line phone/ e-mail consultation to debug customer problems of increasing levels of complexity.
- Keep current with the latest supported product technology.
Skills Required:
- IT - education (Polytechnical institute, University)
- 2+ years practical work experience in the software industry
- In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following languages and operating systems: C, C++, JAVA, Unix and Windows.
- Working knowledge of middleware products such as Corba and Tuxedo
- Networking protocols in particular TCP/IP
- Concepts of LANs and WANs
- Debugging skills on NT and UNIX platforms
