Our Partner is International Recruitment Agency.
We require 2 Oracle OFA DBA's to work for a large Insurance company in the Norwich, UK.

Key tasks for this role include:

• Perform maintenance and daytoday running of an OFA system
• To ensure data integrity is maintained
• Impact assessment of further developments /enhancements
• Implementation of new core functionality/documentation/organisation structures
• Task queue management
• Creation of new UNIX users
• Application performance and availability monitoring
• Licence monitoring
• Interface support
• Overnight job scheduling

The ideal candidate needs to have a thorough knowledge of:

• Oracle Express
• Oracle Financial Analyzer v6.3
• Oracle Application Server
• You should experienced in design and administration of Oracle Express databases.
• Experience of supporting a large OFA system including web functionality.
• You should have the ability to communicate with financial users
• IT - education (Polytechnical institute, University)
• 2+ years practical work experience in the software industry
• fluent english
